Our Vision is to build a group of churches who are
United, Real, Relevant and Life Filled.
​Here’s what we want our Vision to mean:
United
Churches who are ‘United’:
5 churches working together to a common purpose – to grow a community of believers in the benefice who Love Jesus, Love People and Make a Difference
Real
Churches who are ‘Real’:
We don't do masks. The world is full of expectations to look, sound, be certain kinds of people. We believe that church is a place where you can drop the masks and labels,, come as you are, meet people being real together and being shaped by the God who loves them.
Relevant
Churches who are ‘Relevant’:
We want invest in the lives in our communities, speak into an ever changing culture timeless truths in a way they can be understood and lived out. We want to gather people in ways that make sense in the 21st century and contribute to the needs of the communities in which we do life in fresh ways.
Life Filled
Churches who are ‘Life Filled’: we want to be places where the people love to go to worship, to meet others, to talk, to share in life's highs and lows; and to support each other. We want people of all ages, all backgrounds and all levels of faith to feel welcome in our churches and events.
Our Mission is to create a growing community of believers who Love God, Love People and Make a Difference to the lives of the people living and working across the benefice.

In order to fulfil our Mission and deliver our Vision we will prioritise activities in the following four core areas:

Here’s what we mean by each of our Four Core Activities.
Gather
We want our churches to be welcoming spaces for everyone, offering services that are accessible, meaningful and inspirational and hosting events and activities that engage people of all ages and backgrounds and support the community in important areas
Grow
We want our churches and our services to help people to worship in spirit and in truth, to deepen their understanding of the Christian faith and to see and experience how having Jesus in their lives is always a net positive.
Go
We want to actively take Jesus into our communities, sharing our faith and making it easier for people to explore faith in every day life.
Show
We want to seek opportunities to show our love and be a blessing by investing in our wider communities, to see them flourish and share in its common life whether of not folk come to church.
